Parking
Wherever there is time limit shown on parking sign, you should place a parking disc (“P-skiven”) on the dashboard before you leave your car there. Those discs are available at Tourist Office and gas stations, but in need, you can also place a note instead, stating the start time of your parking.

Transport to festival and agricultural show grounds (“Dyrskuepladsen”)
Bus No. 605 (direction Roskilde Handelsskole) with stop at Maglegårdsvej.
During special events there are direct shuttle buses and trains departing from the Roskilde station.
 
Tipping: Tip is already included in restaurant and hotel bills, as well as in taxi fares. Tipping bathroom attendants is customary, usually DKK 1-2, as well as porters (about DKK 5 per luggage item).

Electricity: 220 volts, 50Hz. European-style, round, two-pin plugs are standard.
