Attractions in the Surroundings of Roskilde

Despite that Roskilde, being such a beautiful town with so rich historical heritage, can focus our full attention on itself, do not forget that some of the main attractions in Zealand are located nearby or not far from the town.
The Experimental Centre in Lejre, a tram museum and the vintage railway build by vintage train enthusiasts, even the beautiful Ledreborg Palace with the surrounding park, are the excellent excursion destination for the whole family.
